Anyways, I have a daunting trial next week at St. Ali, and although I’ve confessed to them that I’ve never had my hands on a synesso (only drooled…), I’d still like to have done a little more homework before coming face to face with one.

So… I was wondering if you could offer me any tips on the machine, or perhaps any info sources you’ve discovered in your travels? I’m used to a 3 grip expobar, and prior to that a dallas carte.
